Meet the sisters behind Sparkles
Alissa learned to clean from her mom, Andremene, who raised her family in Haiti and taught Alissa early that cleaning a home was a real contribution – something to take pride in.
After moving to the U.S., Alissa dreamed about starting a business that would honor her mom and advance her belief that women should build something for themselves. Cleaning felt like the most natural place to begin. She called her sister-in-law, Leah, to ask if she wanted to do it with her and Leah jumped at the opportunity to spend more time with Alissa and build a family business.
That’s how Sparkles started: just two ladies who love Andremene and wanted to build something together.
